How do I add my bank account information from June of last year to December of last year?

My QuickBooks only shows information from this year but I’m needing it to show info from June (when my business started) of last year to December of last year.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me assist you with the bank transactions.

 

It depends on your bank how far they can provide so you can download the previous transactions. You'll want to manually upload the last year's transactions. All you need is a supported file containing the transactions that you can get from your bank. This includes CSV, QBO, QFX file formats.

 

Follow these steps on how to import the file:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu and select the Banking tab.
  2. From the Link account dropdown, select Upload from file.
  3. Click Browse or Select Files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, Next.
  4. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
  5. Select the transactions you would like to import. 
  6. Tap Yes, then Let's go.
