How do I add my bookkeeper's name to my account so that she can talk with support about our issues?

Allow me to help and share how you can add your bookkeeper in your QuickBooks Online account.

 

You can add your bookkeeper as a new user by sending them an invite. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Log in as Admin to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon at the top right.
  3. Click on Manage users, then Add user.
  4. Pick a user type. Then hit Next.
  5. Choose the access rights for the user. Then Next.
  6. Select the user settings, if applicable. Then select Next.
  7. Enter the user’s name and email address. Then select Save.

 

Once done, they'll receive an email invite to join the company with the link to create an Intuit Account or just let them sign in if they already have one.
