How do I cancel an ach transaction from quickbooks cash?

Should you have any transactions that needs to be voided or canceled, you can reach out to us so we can also verify the processing time you processed the ACH transaction. You can call the number on the back of your QuickBooks Debit Card. Our partners at Green Dot will review your account and make sure everything is settled. Our Phone Support Team also have the tools to review your transactions. 

You can follow these steps on how to contact us within the system: 

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. From the Help menu, click Contact us. If you have the new QB Assistant feature, enter talk to a human twice > Contact Phone Support Team.
3. Enter a brief description of your concern and then click Continue. 
4. Select the best way you'll want to contact us.
