How do I change an income deposit from personal to business in the self-employed qbooks? Not sure how it ended up in the personal. Thank you

Hello, strypcs2021-gmai. 

You can change the income deposit to business type by clicking the Personal and select it to business. Though, the business includes any money given to you as a gift that doesn’t count as income on your taxes.   

Also,  I'd suggest consulting with an accountant so you'll be guided properly in tracking your self-employed related income and expenses to make sure your book is accurate.
