Let me help and guide you through the process of checking the transaction's status, freelifeceo19-gm.

 

When you process payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), let's head to the Deposit screen. For all other products like GoPayments, QuickBooks Desktop, and QuickBooks Point of Sale, you can go to the Merchant Service Center.

 

In QBO:

 

  1. In your company, go to the Get paid & pay menu on the left panel and select Deposits.
  2. Choose the bank deposit you want to review.

 

In QuickBooks Payments:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Click the Activities & Reports drop-down and choose Deposits.
  3. Navigate to the Dates section and select the date range from the drop-down.
  4. Tap the Search button.

 

Regarding your other concern, instant deposits are processed every day of the year with no exceptions. For the next-day deposit method, we'll deposit payments in your bank account the next business day (processed before 3:00 PM PST). If you exceeded the time limit, we will deposit them in two business days.
