Do you have a QB Payment account? Another option, you can use a property management app to integrate with QBO and collect the rental payments.

To start accepting payments, you'll want to sign up for QuickBooks Payments to process them. I'm glad to provide you with details on how:

Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon and select Account and settings.
Proceed to the Payments tab. Then click Learn more in the QuickBooks Payment section.
Choose Set up Payments.
Enter all required details and follow the steps to create your account.
