I inadvertently created two business accounts under the same business. How do I combine the accounts?

It's nice to have you here in the Community 7wilsonlr. I can share some insights about merging two QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Each business account has a separate subscription. Merging these accounts is currently unavailable. However, you can transfer data such as your chart of accounts, customers, vendors, and lists by exporting and importing them manually.

Once done, you may cancel your other account so the system won't charge you twice.
