How do I correct problem that Sync with Etsy is not downloading any 2022 transactions? It was working fine until 12/31/2021, but now no longer syncs.

Otherwise, you can perform basic browser troubleshooting to narrow down the problem. Unexpected behavior while using the application can be caused by cache stored on the computer.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

  • Safari: press Command Shift +N
