How do i customize the transactions banking tab to show online and quickbook balances again?

I used to be able to see the QB and online balances in my bank account "boxes" under transactions -> banking. Now I can only see the QB balance. what happened? how do I get it back so I can compare both balances?

Hello there, @tduez.

 

Let me clear things up and help you show both QuickBooks and Bank balances on your Banking page.

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) has two separate views (Business view and Accountant view). Switching the view can change the interface of a page. Since you can only see the bank balance on your Banking page, it means you're using the Business view. You can switch to the Accountant view to show both QuickBooks and Bank balances. To do so, you can go to the Gear icon and click Switch to Accountant view. I'll attach a screenshot below to show the difference on each view on the Banking page.
