How do I delete a linked checking account?

I can walk you through the steps to unlink bank accounts from QuickBooks Online. 

Please know that disabling automatic online banking updates will cause all transactions in the For Review tab to disappear. Make sure to add and match all the pending transactions on the Banking page to prevent this.

Once done, follow these steps to disconnect the account:

1. Select Transactions under Bookkeeping, then Banking.
2. Pick out the bank account tile.
3. Choose Edit account info after selecting the pencil ✎ icon.
4. Check the box next to Disconnect this account on save. You won't see this option if QuickBooks is downloading fresh transactions. Try once more after giving the update some time to complete.
5. Click Save and Close.

Also, if in case you want to get transactions from your bank, you can upload them manually to QuickBooks.
