How do I delete a pay schedule. I have several that are not being used and they get confusing? I see how to add a new one but can't get rid of old ones that aren't needed

I'm here to share some insights on deleting payroll schedules, epauldds.

 

We're unable to directly delete payroll schedules within your QBO account. You'll have to contact our Payroll Support Team so we can pull up your account and delete the schedule for you. Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.
