How do I delete all of my bNk information off of quickbooks?

If you're referring to banking, you can undo to remove transactions in the QuickBooks register and then disconnect.

Here's how to disconnect the account:

1.  Go to Banking menu then select Banking at the top.
2.  Choose the account you want to change, and then click Edit (pencil icon).
3. Select Edit account info.
4.  From the Account window, tick the box next to Disconnect this account on save.
5.  Then click Save and Close.
