How do I delete my mobile account

Everytime I try to log into the account I want, it loads the account i want to get rid of

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community for support. 

 

Since you wish to get rid of this account, I wanted to share some steps to cancel it. 

 

From a web browser: 

 

1. Make sure you have the company you need to delete open.

2. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.

3. Choose Account and Settings.

4. Select the Billing and Subscription tab.

5. Click the blue Cancel link beside of the Subscription status.

6. You'll be asked if you want to change your plan, call in, or continue to cancel. If you're sure, select Continue to cancel.

I also wanted to share how you can switch between companies while using the app. This way, you can ensure you get signed into the right account. Here's how:

 

  1. Tap on the Menu button.
  2. Select All.  
  3. Then, tap on Switch company
