I'm here to make sure you'll be able to cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
The option to delete your profile is unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed. We'll keep your account information for a year after you cancel in case you want to resubscribe with the same information.
Here's how to cancel your account:
Click the Gearicon (⚙) and choose Billing info.
Select Cancel now, then enter your feedback when prompted.
