Before anything else, please know that QuickBooks Online (QBO) is only for recording purposes. If you wish to track all funds that you deposited into your account, these are the steps:
 
  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, click the +New button.
  3. Select Bank Deposit.
  4. From the Account ▼ dropdown, choose the account you want to put the money into.
  5. Select the checkbox for each transaction you want to combine.
  6. Ensure the total of the selected transactions matches your deposit slip. Use your deposit slip as a reference.
  7. Once done, click Save and close or Save and new.
