How do I deposit checks into my qb checking account?

I'm here to help you deposit checks to your QuickBooks checking account.

You can deposit money into QuickBooks Checking by using a mobile check deposit. This feature is available only on iOS devices.

Before we proceed, make sure to check the following:

• You are putting a check in the bank that is acceptable to us.
• The money is not immediately required.

Funding the check could take one to five days, but we're working to receive your money as soon as possible.

Once confirmed, you can now enter your check information. Follow the steps below:

1. Using a mobile device, log in to your QuickBooks Online application.
2. Choose Cash Flow.
3. Select Send Money from the QuickBooks Checking balance menu.
4. Click Deposit checks.
   Note: If a choice is hidden from you or unavailable, it implies you are not yet qualified.
5. Type the check's value here. Make sure it doesn't exceed the limit displayed on the screen.

Then, proceed to steps two and three using mobile check deposit with QuickBooks Checking.

Lastly, you can categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online to put them to the correct account.
