How do I download and import payroll data to Quickbooks Pro?

At this time, the ability to import payroll data into QuickBooks Pro is not available. However, you may check into 3rd party apps to do this for you. You can see all of our 3rd party apps by using the link below.

I also wanted to clarify what you met by download? Are you referring to that as downloading the data into QuickBooks or do you mean downloading the data from QuickBooks? If you're referring to downloading the data into QuickBooks, this would be the same thing as importing. However, if you mean downloading from QuickBooks, this is referred to as Exporting. 

When exporting payroll data from QuickBooks, you can create a payroll data report by using the Summarize Payroll Data in Excel report option. You can see more details about this process in Export Payroll Data.
