I'm glad to help you download and run QuickBooks Time Kiosk on your tablet, gingo-cassie-gma.

Before performing getting the app, your tablet should meet the following requirements.

  • The user interface is optimized for 1024px by 768px-size screens in landscape mode.
  • If the device will only be used to run the QuickBooks Time kiosk feature, a large number of GBs is not necessary.
  • When selecting a device, consider whether it will have access to Wifi. If not, choose a device that also has cellular internet capabilities.
  • The operating system requirements are:
    • iPad: iOS 8.0+
    • Android: OS 6.0+
  • iPad provides the best user experience.

Here are some tablets that meet the above requirements:

It's better to purchase the correct model number for Android devices. Older or newer model numbers might not be compatible with the app.

To install the app, you'll first need to install the Kiosk feature on your QuickBooks Time account. Here's how:

  1. On a computer, in QuickBooks Time, go to Feature Add-ons, then select Manage Add-ons.
  2. Scroll down to Kiosk, and select Install.
  3. Select Add Device, then Other device and write down the authorization code.

Once done, install QuickBooks Time Kiosk app on your table. Follow these articles depending on your device.

You may want to check the latest update of the app and you can also use QuickBooks Time Kiosk on the web. Check out these articles as your guide.
