Yes, you can download the Profit and Loss report in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can choose to export or download it to Excel, PDF, or Google Sheets. From here, you can now attach and send it using your personal email. 

Here's more information about running your report in QBO. From here, you can now export or download it. Follow the steps below:

1. Go to Business Overview and select Reports. 
2. Search for and select the report you want to export.
3. At the top of the report, click the Export icon. 
4. Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.
