Hello there, apple.

I'm here to lend a hand so you can download the data you need for your non-profit organization in QuickBooks Online.

To run a report that contains your tax year data, we can pull up the Profit and Loss by Tag Group and the Statement of Activity. I'd be delighted to walk you through how to see those reports:

  1. Go to the Reports in the left pane.
  2. From the search bar, type in the name of the report.
  3. You can modify it from there to see the information you need.

If this isn't the case, you can alternatively go to the For my Accountant section and choose a report from there.

To learn more about what you and your accountant need to do in QuickBooks Online to close out the previous year and prepare for the new one, you can read through this article for more insights: A year-end guide for QuickBooks Online.

You'll want to reach out to your accountant if you need help with your year-end process and forecasting your company's financial future. If you're not affiliated with one, you can utilize our Find an Accountant tool to look for one in your area.

I'm always ready to assist you if you have questions or concerns about managing your taxes. Tag me in your reply, and I'll sprint back into action. Have a good one, and keep safe.
