Nice to see you here in the Community forum, @beverlybloom-afl. I'll make sure you can edit your deposits in QuickBooks Online (QBO) flawlessly.

You'll want to look for the deposit in your account register. From there, you can remove that one entry.

Here's how:

  1. From the left pane, go to the Accounting menu.
  2. Select the Chart of Accounts tab.
  3. Look for the correct account for the transaction in question.
  4. From the Action column, select View register.
  5. Locate the deposit transaction and click Edit.
  6. From the Bank Deposit window, make the necessary changes.
  7. Once done, select Save and close.

Additionally, you can see this article that offers even more info about finding, reviewing, and editing transactions in account registers.

Once you're good with all of your transactions, you can now proceed to reconcile an account in QBO. If everything matches up with your bank or credit card statements, you know your accounts are balanced and accurate.

I'm only a post away if I can be of additional assistance with your deposits or need more help with QuickBooks. I'd be glad to help you again. Keep safe!
