Question

How do I edit multiple customer addresses at the same time, ideally by importing data from our existing CRM?

I'll share details about updating multiple customer addresses by importing them into QuickBooks Online (QBO), @amit18.

Currently, the option to edit customer details by importing them into QBO is unavailable. In the meantime, you can update them individually in the program by following these steps:

  1. Go to Sales, then Customers.
  2. Select the customer's name and click Edit.
  3. Go to the Addresses section and make changes.
  4. Select Save.

We recognize the convenience of having this feature in QBO. That said, I recommend sending your valuable suggestion to our software engineers. This way, they can review your recommendation and might incorporate it into our future product updates. To do that:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your feature request, then Next.

Moreover, here's a guide to help you create an invoice to charge your customers for the product or service you're selling: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.

We're always open in the Community whenever you have questions about updating customer info in QBO. We'll respond promptly to keep you informed. Take care.
