HOW DO I FIND MY BANK DEPOSIT I WAS WORKING ON TODAY?

Since the bank deposit did not show up when you searched for it, we can pull up the Deposit Detail report to view the list of the transactions you saved during that specific period.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu, then enter Deposit Detail in the search bar.
2. Set the reporting period to Today. Feel free to modify it.
3. A list of all bank deposits you've made and saved will appear.

If the transactions you are looking for are not on the list, it could be that they weren't saved successfully or were accidentally deleted. We can verify this by checking the audit log.

To pull up the Audit Log:

1. Hover over the Reports menu. Select Audit Log in the Business Overview area.
2. Set the Date Changed to Today.
