I've come to help you find the complete list of registers in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @jodivin. This way, you can effectively manage your 2020 accounts and transactions accordingly.
The Chart of Accounts page will let you view your account's complete list of registers. Just go to either the Gear icon or the Accounting menu to visit the said window. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
Additionally, there are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses to the system. You can isolate and fix the uncommon behavior of the program by performing some troubleshooting steps.
You can start by pulling up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:
Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
Control + Option + P (Safari)
Once signed in, go to the Chart of Accounts page and find all your 2020 account registers. If you're to do so, return to your default browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performances issue. However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.
In the meantime, I'm adding this article to learn more about the account types on your chart of accounts and how to use them in categorizing your transactions: Learn about the chart of accounts in QuickBooks. It also includes topics about which accounts QuickBooks sets up for you and the list of standard ones, to name a few.
Let me know how it goes in the comments below. If you have other concerns about managing your account registers or inquiries about monitoring your transactions in QBO, I'm just around to help. Take care always.
