I'll help you find the reclassify transactions feature in your account, @GABC LLC. This way, you can reclassify your various data as soon as possible.

The ability to reclassify transactions is exclusive to QuickBooks Online Advance and Accountant. If you have this subscription, you'll find it under the Gear icon or Accountant Tools.

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon or Accountant Tools
  2. Select Reclassify transactions
  3. Pick appropriate Account Types, Basis, Date, Type, Customer/Vendor, and Modify drop-down arrow.
  4. Click Find transactions

To learn more about it, check out this article: Reclassify or move multiple transactions at once.

If you're using a different version, the only way to reclassify transactions is to edit manually. You can go to the SalesExpensesView Register, and Banking windows to modify and open the transactions one at a time.

In case you want to update your subscription, check out this article: Upgrade or downgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Feel free to add a reply below if you have any follow-up questions about your transactions. We're always available to help. Keep safe, @GABC LLC.
