How do I fix several months of non-reporting income from my business account? I have refreshed bank account already.

Since the transaction isn't showing up after refreshing your bank account, I recommend first checking your online banking website or contacting your financial institution to ensure everything is functioning correctly on their end. Ongoing maintenance or server issues can disrupt the connection between their bank and QuickBooks Self-employed.

 

If there are no issues, you can refresh the bank connection and perform this process through an incognito window or other supported browsers that are already installed. This will help to rule out cache or browser-related problems. Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
