How do I force a refresh of bank transactions? I have two months of transactions that have not pulled into QB. I have all months for 2022 except August and September.

Allow me to assist you in transferring your August and September transactions to QuickBooks Online.

You can download latest available transactions just by manually updating your bank. This will update all of your linked bank and credit card accounts. If QuickBooks downloads additional transactions, the number of transactions in each account tile will increase.

Like this:

1. Go to Bookkeeping, hit Transactions.
2. Click on Bank transactions.
3. Select Update.

However, you won't be able to download bank transactions older than 90 days. If you want to download transactions older than 90 days, you must manually upload them into QuickBooks Online. Here's an article you can use as a reference: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

After you download your August and September transactions, make sure to categorise and match online bank transactions.
