Are you referring to a bank transaction? If so, you can exclude it on your Banking page. Let me show you how to do it.

1. Go to Bookkeeping, then select Banking.
2. Select the bank where the payment was downloaded.
3. Proceed to the For Review tab.
4. Mark the transaction to exclude.
5. Select Exclude.

When you exclude a transaction, it doesn’t appear in any account registers or financial reports. Depending on the type of transaction, this may make it easier or harder for you to reconcile an account.
