You can ask the primary or company admin to the account to grant you access so you'd able to reconcile. They can edit your access by following the steps below:
Go to the Gear icon at the top.
Select Manage Users.
Click the Users tab.
Have them locate your user account and click Edit under the Action column.
Choose All access.
Click Save.
