I'm here to help you download the list of transactions in QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks only downloads for the preceding 90 days when you connect your bank or credit card account for the first time. You can manually upload bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. Just download the remaining transactions directly from your bank website. Your bank may offer QuickBooks Online data (QBO) format or CSV files.
Get transaction from your bank:
Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer.
Check the date range for the download. It should be at least one day before the date of your oldest transaction.
Download your transactions. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.
Manually upload the transactions for accounts connected to online banking:
Go to the Banking menu, then the Banking tab.
Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
Click the Link account dropdown, then Upload from file.
Hit Browse, then locate the file you download from your bank. Then Next.
In the QuickBooksaccount dropdown, choose the account you want to upload the transactions to. Then Next.
Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Next.
Checkmark all the transactions you would like to import. Then Next.
Hit Yes, then Let's go.
For account not connected to online banking:
Go to the Banking menu, then Upload transactions.
Select Drag and drop or select files and then locate the file you downloaded from your bank.
Click Continue.
In the QuickBooks account dropdown, choose the account you want to upload the transaction into. Then Continue.
Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
Checkmark all the transactions you would like to import. Then Continue.
