Question

How do I get Chase credit card transactions restarted? It stopped after it was too many transactions. I deleted and re-added but still get no transactions.

It works fine for all of my other Chase employee cards but the one that had a huge volume of transactions one month do not come through.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose to Get a callback to connect to us.
