How do I get credit card transaction info to automatically add to the Memo?

My Southwest credit card doesn't automatically fill the downloaded details in the Memo. The only way I can put details on each transaction is by cutting and pasting. My other credit cards automatically do this. Is there a setting I can add or is it dependent on the credit card?

Let me provide you with some information about credit card transactions, kathylynne.

 

QuickBooks automatically downloads the latest transactions from the last 90 days once you connect your bank. You'll want to manually update so you can refresh the connection. To do this, follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select Update.
  3. If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Then select Continue update.
