Greetings, @crevistonconstru.

Thanks for posting in the Community. I'm here to share some information about depositing money to your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Just to clarify, when you say "money from quick books deposit", are you referring to the payments from the Undeposited Funds account and then depositing them to your bank?  If so, here's how to do it:

1. Click the Plus icon at the upper right and pick Bank Deposit under Other column.
2. On the Account drop-down, select the bank account where you want to deposit the money.
3. On the Received From section, choose the customer who made the payment, then Save and close.

I also added some sample screenshots for your guide.

That's it! Please let me know how it goes or if you're referring to something else in the comment section below. I'd be glad to answer should you have any follow-up questions. Take care always!

I did that but it's been 5 days and it still hasn't been deposited into my bank account although it looks like it was on the quickbooks site. Help?

Thanks for joining the thread, @Randy davis. I'm here to share information on how we can resolve your concern.

In QuickBooks Online, the first few payments for new QuickBooks Payments users take longer to process since we have to set everything up. Also, deposit times vary depending on the product and payment method. Credit card payment deposits take one to two business days. On the other hand, the credit card payments to be transferred to your bank would take five business days.

Since it's already been five days and you haven't received the deposits, I'd suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they'll be able to securely pull up your account to investigate further about the issue and guide you with the resolution process.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Here's a quick guide for more details: Support hours and types.
