Hello there, mike.

I've got steps to ensure you can get your bank account to reconnect in QuickBooks Online.

To start with, relinking a disconnected bank account can be done through your Chart of Accounts.

Here's how:

  1. Select Chart of Accounts from the Gear icon.
  2. Look for the account you want to link.
  3. Tap on the dropdown menu under Action.
  4. Click on Connect.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed.

Another option for you is to reconnect it via the Banking page. You can refer to this article as your reference: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

In addition, please know that when your bank or credit card account is disconnected from the program, you will no longer see entries that need to be categorized in the For review section. That being said, you do not have to worry about receiving duplicate transactions and you can reconnect it anytime to start downloading transactions again.

In case you need steps on how to reconcile entries to avoid discrepancies, you can read this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
