Welcome aboard to the Community, @TShady.

Transferring funds from your QuickBooks Cash account is quick and easy. I’m more than happy to walk you through the steps.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Cash Flow menu.
  2. From the QuickBooks Cash section, select Transfer money.
  3. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
  4. Click the (+) Plus sign and select your connected bank account.
  5. Enter the amount you wish to move out of your QuickBooks Cash account.
  6. When you're ready, select Finalize transfer.
