How do I get my quick books cash into my actual bank account. I don’t want to use the QB debit card. I just want to move the money.

You can connect your bank account to QuickBooks Cash to transfer the amount to and from your QuickBooks Cash account. Connecting an external account to QuickBooks Cash is separate from online banking. You may need to set up an account you already linked for online banking a second time for QuickBooks Cash.

1. Go to the Cash Flow menu.
2. In the QuickBooks Cash section, select Transfer money.
3. Select Transfer in. You won't transfer money yet, the system just needs to start the connection.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions.
5. Enter the bank's name and select a type in the Account Type field. Then select Next.
6. Enter your info in the Account number and Routing number fields. Then select Next.
7. When you're ready to connect, select Sounds good.

After that, QuickBooks will send two small deposits to the account within the next three days. After you get the confirmation email, come back to QuickBooks to verify the transactions. 

Here's how:

1. From your email, click on the verify link. As another option, you can sign in to QuickBooks and go to the Cash Flow menu, and click Verify bank.
2. You'll need to enter the two deposit amounts sent from QuickBooks. 
3. When you're ready, select Confirm.

Once done, here's how you can transfer money from QB Cash to your bank account:

1. Click on Transfer money from the Get or send money dropdown.
2. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
3. In the To field, select the (+).
4. Select your connected bank account.
5. Enter the amount you wish to move out of your QuickBooks Cash account.
6. When you're ready, select Finalize transfer.
