my expenses show from way back in February of 2022. But my transactions only show back to July of 2023, when I subscribed to Quickbooks.

Hello, @UNITY. We're glad to have you here.

Let me help you import your past transactions into QuickBooks Online before subscribing. In QBO, you can automatically download transactions up to 3 months after connecting bank and credit card accounts. To obtain older transactions, I recommend that you upload them manually. Here's how you can do it:

  1. In your QBO account, go to Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into if you have multiple accounts connected.
  3. Select the Link account dropdown and then Upload from file.
  4. Select Drag and drop or select files and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
  5. To complete the task, follow the on-screen instructions.

Moreover, I'll keep this article with you if you need a detailed reference: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

For future help, I have an article that can help you categorize transactions to avoid discrepancies: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please keep me updated on your progress, @UNITY. I want to make sure everything is resolved on your end. Take care!

@unityheatingandc

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) for a workaround.
