Question

How do I get my transactions to pull in from 11/03/2020 - 02/16/2021? The transactions dating back to 2017 are there. Transactions after 02/16/2021 are there as well.

Welcome to the Community space, Marcus.

I'd be delighted to help you get the transactions you need. Are you referring to your invoice transactions? If so, you'll want to run your Transaction List by Date report and modify it base on your preference. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Type in and enter Transaction List by Date in the search field.
  3. Adjust the date of the report from the date field then click Run report

You can also see this article to learn more ways on how to run your reports base on the data you need: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

If you're referring to your bank transactions, you can adjust the date to show your past transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Click the tile of your preferred bank.
  4. From the For review and Categorized tab, click the Date drop-down menu and modify the date range.
  5. Then click Apply.

If this is not the case, you might want to check your Audit log and see the activities of your account. There, you can view who logged in to your account and the changes they made to your company.

Moreover, I'm adding these articles that serve as your guide in effectively managing your account. These can guide you in importing your transactions and reconciling your books seamlessly:
