How do I get QB App on Android to sync and refresh Data? I keep getting Data Sync Error

When manually trying to refresh, the app gets "hung" and won't do anything.

Let's perform a few troubleshooting steps to determine why such an error message saying "Data Sync Error" pops up and resolve it. One of the possible reasons causing this problem is the cache stored on your device.

 

Saying you've already tried clicking Refresh Data from the app, let's remove the temporary cache outside the program by following the steps below:

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under App Manager, select your QuickBooks App.
  3. Click Clear Cache.

 

For IOS devices:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under General. select Storage.
  3. Select your QuickBooks app.
  4. Click Offload App.
