How do I get quickbooks to work properly? It is changing deposit amounts and I can not trust anything in it now. I've only had it 6 weeks, and it's already wrong.

Usually, the system is dependent on whatever information you've entered into it. If there are changes on your deposit, you can check the sequence of events and changes made from the Audit Log.
