How do I get the bank transactions to auto-import? Mine has stopped and the bank balance doesn't match quickbooks transactions. How to turn it on again to auto-import?

I'm here to show you some steps to refresh the bank feeds in QuickBooks Online.

You can click the Update button on the Banking page to get the latest transactions from your bank. This is how it looks like:

If you're not getting new transactions from your bank, I'd like to know if you've encountered any error messages after clicking the Update button. You may share it in the comment section if there's one.

However, if there's none, you may consider updating the sign in info if you have made any changes to your bank's website. This is done to fix the connection of your bank to QuickBooks.
