How do I get the money in Quick books transered to my bank?

Welcome aboard to the Community. I can show you how to move the payments into your bank account.

 

If you have a QuickBooks Cash account, there are few ways to take out the money. First, you can transfer the funds to your connected bank account.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In the Get or send money dropdown, select Transfer money.
  2. In the From field, select your QuickBooks Cash account.
  3. In the To field, select the (+). Then select your connected bank account.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to move out of your QuickBooks Cash account.
  5. When you're ready, select Finalize transfer.

 

When you're approved for QuickBooks Payments, you get a QuickBooks Cash account and a QuickBooks Cash debit card. Another option is to use the QuickBooks Debit Card and manually deposit the cash into your bank account.
