In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can see how and why your transactions disappeared from your customer's list. First, you'll need to check your Audit Log and see how this matter occurs. Afterward, you'll need to manually enter the transactions by going to the +New icon. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon located in the upper right corner. 
  2. Under the Tools column, choose Audit Log.
  3. You can modify the Users, Date Changed, and Events according to your preferences. 
  4. Click View under the History column to see other details regarding the specific transaction or event.
