How do I get what my bank says I have and what QBO shows to match up?

Just switched from desktop to online version and what my bank account has and what QBO shows are so far off...how do I get the check register to match up to what I actually have in my account?

Welcome to the Community, @lindas-aandvelec. As an insight, some data don't convert from QuickBooks Desktop to Online. You may see transactions are missing, or reports are different and don't match. 

 

For online banking, bank and credit card accounts set up for Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Desktop will lose their connections. Bank rules don’t convert too.

 

You'll need to reconnect your bank or credit card accounts to continue downloading transactions.
