How do I import credit card transactions so they are in the correct columns? Mine upload in reverse payments/credits are in the spent column, debits are in the received

Here's how to verify the format of bank transactions in a CSV file:

• 3-column format: This format includes the Date, Description, and Amount columns.
• 4-column format: This format includes Date, Description, Credit, and Debit columns.

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
3. From the For Review tab.
4. Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
5. Then click Exclude.

Another option, you can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
