How do I import data from ebay to quickbooks for more than one year?

If you're trying to integrate eBay with QuickBooks Connector, there are a few things you need to know. First off, eBay has a limitation where it only provides a limited range of historical data to QuickBooks Connector. You can only pull data that's dated 90 days from the current date, and any items that are older than three years won't be imported.

Unfortunately, there's no way to directly import older data from the store using the eBay connector. However, QuickBooks Online has a feature called QuickBooks Commerce Accounting that allows you to connect single and multiple e-commerce stores. While it may not be as full-featured as other options, QuickBooks is continually investing in its commerce accounting capabilities, so it's worth exploring. As part of your QBO subscription, you can connect your Amazon, Shopify, and eBay accounts if you're a product-based business in the US.

Here's how to Connect a sales channel with Commerce in QuickBooks Online:

Step 1: Connect your sales channels

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as the company admin.
2. Select Commerce, then select Connect sales channel.
3. Select the channel you want to connect with.
4. Select Next.
5. Choose the date you want to bring in your sales data from, then select Next.
6. Note: You can sync Shopify data up to 24 months, and Amazon or eBay data up to 90 days. You also can’t sync data past your book's closed date.  
7. Select Continue.
8. Read through the consent to connect information and select Agree. 
9. Enter the info for your sales channel, then sign into your account.

Step 2: Select your bank accounts

After you connect your sales channel, you’ll need to choose the accounts to use to get deposits and pay fees. 

1. Select the account where funds are deposited.
2. Select the account you use to pay fees.
3. Select Next.

Step 3: Complete any final setup tasks 

Once your data is synced with QuickBooks, you can complete your setup tasks. That way, you can keep your records up-to-date and your books accurate.
