How do I import data to a QB Online account if it is more than 60 days past the date I set the account up? I am moving data from QB Pro to QB Online.

I am migrating data from a QB Pro account to a QB online account. I set the QB online account up years ago (and have been paying for it) and am now ready to use it and it says I only had 60 days to import. What do I do?

Hello,

 

If you have never used the account, log into it, cancel it and start a new account. (You will be able to get 50% off for 3 months)

 

Then import the QBO Pro file into the new online account.

 

Once a QBO account is 60 days old, it can no longer be imported into from desktop.

You are unable to purge it. You should open a new blank QBO account instead.
