how do I import paychecks into qb online

If you're using QuickBooks Online for accounting and another service to run payroll, you'll need to keep track of those paychecks in your online account. Most payroll services let you import paycheck data directly to the program. However, if your payroll service provider doesn't have this feature, we can manually track your payroll paychecks as journal entries in your file.
