How do I import products from excel without duplicates and get missing items?

I have created the excel sheet formatted from download of QBO. There are duplicates coming in and missing items. Also my income and expense accounts show as errors. COA has been entered, copy and paste doesn't work, very frustrated

Hi there, @heidinorthern.

 

I just got the steps to ensure you'll be able to import your product and services items without duplicates. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can enable the Overwrite all values for each product or service that you import with the identical name option to merge imported items with the same name as an existing one. Also, you can perform basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue in copy and pasting the data. To start, run your QBO account using an incognito browser. This private browser does not store data files to prevent errors when running websites. If this works, you have to clear your browser's cache to have a clean slate. If not, you can use another supported browser. To optimize your QBO navigation, you have to ensure that your system meets the minimum requirements to run the program.
