How do I list deposits from a prior month?

I'll ensure you can run a report in QuickBooks Online that lists deposits from the previous month efficiently.

I recommend running and customizing the Deposit Detail report. This allows you to view all created deposits and filter them by a specific date to see the previous month's entries.

3. Select the Deposit Detail report. You can click Switch to Classic View for easier navigation.
4. Under Report Period, choose Custom. Then, customize the dates from the prior month, or Feb 1, 2024, to Feb 29, 2024. 
5. Click Run report. 
6. Click the Customize button.
7. Under Filter, tick the box beside Transaction type. Then, select Deposit under the dropdown arrow. 
8. Once done, choose the Run Report button again. 
9. Click Save.
